As it's the weekend a lot of us see this time as our time to relax and chill out after the working week. So for the inspiration today we want to advise watching the new Netflix series which is a beautifully informative and fun way to learn more about meditation with also having a guided meditation.


It's great if you have never mediated and will explain the benefits and the scientific side for all of you that have a more analytical brain.
