Barre Workout

Today we want to inspire you to do maybe something new.

We have only recently discovered this type of workout and have fallen in LOVE!

It's like the perfect infusion of dance, pilates, HITT and Yoga.

For those of you who may have already been a lovely ballerina when you were younger this might jolt some fond old memories, and for those of you (like me) who never really understood "good and bad toes" it's a lovely way to feel elegant and try something new.

Today we did:

25 minutes Total body session

Followed by a yummy 10 minute Shavasana. (You can do a shorter but today we just felt like we needed that extra time to lie down and be still before re-entring the world)
